Yoga
Living proof of the stress-reducing benefits of yoga, I am inspired to guide others along the path of increased physical strength, flexibility and confidence. Developed over the past ten years, my passion for yoga is ever-increasing and I delight in sharing this passion with others. Qualified to teach the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Flow styles of yoga by Marla Joy and Kathryn Beet, I continue my studies with dedicated teachers who have made yoga their life's study. Currently I am inspired by the Vijnana style classes I attend with Elizabeth Peckham.
Elise Browning Miller's work with yoga for Scoliosis has changed my body and my practice significantly. I am now certified as a Yoga for Scoliosis teacher through completing Elise's teacher workshop and practicum. Increased flexibility, mobility, breath, energy and alignment in all forms is available with committed practice.
