Living proof of the stress-reducing benefits of yoga, I am inspired to guide others along the path of increased physical strength, flexibility and confidence. Developed over the past six years, my passion for yoga is ever-increasing and I delight in sharing this passion with others. I am qualified to teach the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Flow styles of yoga by Marla Joy and Kathryn Beet. I continue to seek out dedicated teachers who have made yoga their life's study. These include Pattabhi Jois, David Williams, Lynn Wylie and Karyn Woodland.
