About Kathryn
As a teenager Kathryn discovered the power of conscious mind-body-spirit connection when she found she could ease her friends' headaches by laying her hands on their faces. This sparked a passion to pursue healing. Kathryn's studies of yoga, meditation and nutrition are inspired by a variety of perspectives gained through world travel. She uses her knowledge to face her own personal health challenges, and delights in helping others.
Kathryn's compassionate nature and playful approach draws serious students and committed clients. She sees her role as a facilitator, offering tools and support to every individual on their journey of self-discovery. Kathryn firmly believes that every person holds the answers to their own questions. Continuously learning new tools, she is currently studying Traditional Thai Massage.
Outside the studio, Kathryn enjoys writing, hiking and dancing. She is a practitioner member of The Victoria Community Health Cooperative.
